Claire's Story

While on maternity leave with my son Jackson, now 4, I picked up some craft wire and created Vivid Wire, my product based business.  The business that set my dreams alight.

 

I chose to leave education in July 2020 and work full time on Vivid Wire, to create beautiful, bold, brave and colourful wire art, to make blank walls happy!

 

I found working on my own a great challenge.  Moving from a busy secondary school to solo entrepreneurship was a shock.  All my time had been full with structure and now I felt like I was drowning, with no direction.  My doubts got LOUD, my limiting, negative thoughts were even louder, and I didn’t have the energy, drive or motivation to make this work.  The guilt of leaving a well established career was swallowing me up.  The trauma I had experienced in my life had changed the way I learnt and saw myself, and it was only when I studied my masters degree, with a focus on trauma informed approaches, that I recognised how many symptoms of trauma I experienced on a daily basis.

 

It was a few dark months in, that I began to slowly pull together the skills I had acquired through my leadership rolls and supporting different types of people, and my masters degree, that I realised I needed to use these skills, to become my best self.

I found my Warrior Energy first.  I discovered that if I did a set of the same activities every day, I had more energy and fuel to drive my business forward.  The next step, was creating a formula for my Vision, Strategy + Planning.  I knew that I needed to have focus and direction.  Next, was my Money Making Attitude.  I read a shit ton of books, listened to lots of podcasts and invested in training and coaching to develop a positive money mindset.  The last step, and one which a lot of business owners find a challenge, was working on my Consistency + Productivity.  I created 'life hacks' to trick myself into becoming more productive and consistent.  

 

These elements together, form my Warrior Boss Framework, but I was the only one using it!

 

I knew that there were business owners out there, like me, who may have had challenging lives, had survived struggles, and had big dreams.

• I want to show you what you can do despite what circumstances you started with.

 

• I want to inspire children who grow up in poverty, only have one parent, are young carers, that they can burst out of those labels and create their own.

Trust that every single step you have ever taken, every choice you have made, has led you right here to this point, reading my story.

 

I want you to soak up every word and use it to fuel you and motivate you, and remember that if it’s possible for me, it’s possible for you.

 

I want to create a safe place for my clients, where no dream is too big.  Where you have space to be implement what I teach you, with support and accountability too.

 

We can dream but we can also turn those dreams into reality.  Every single thing you dream is possible.  You just need Warrior Energy, consistency, belief, gratitude and trust.
